My GTD setup

Like nearly everyone else, I’ve gotten hooked on David Allen’s Getting Things Done. I like GTD because it is good for people like me whose work is fairly flexible. I’m a grad student so the end goal is to get my Ph.D. but I am working on several projects and I don’t have a set schedule of things that *have* to be done on a certain day. Instead I have a list of experiments to be working on. I’ve tried various setups and ultimately my system is fairly simple. I use GTDTiddlywiki to manage my list of next actions. I like it because it can print index cards so I can sync it to my Hipster PDA. I have an agenda which I use to manage “hard landscape” appointments such as meetings and seminars.
